At Susan Marie Artisan Chocolates, we specialize in handmade chocolates of the highest quality. Our careful attention to every detail of production ensures that visual appeal, taste, and texture blend harmoniously into a delightful chocolate experience.
We make our truffles and other chocolate confections by hand. When appropriate, we use ingredients produced in the Northwest and use no preservatives. But in every case, from chocolate to nuts to alcohol, we don't use anything we wouldn't savor individually.

Susan Marie Owen had her first exposure to the world of chocolate as part of Nick Malgieri's Career Pastry and Baking Arts Program at the Institute of Culinary Education (formerly Peter Kump's New York Cooking School) in 1995. Since then she has devoted herself to the science and art of chocolate, learning from experts at the Notter School of Pastry Arts (formerly the International School of Confectionery Arts) and elsewhere, and spending countless hours perfecting her craft. Susan's work today is a blend of meticulous old-world traditions and modern techniques.
